Who we are
Zenlo coordinates dental treatment, accommodation and transfers in Ferizaj, Kosovo. For questions about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +383 49 693 648.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store the answers you enter in the trip planner. Fonts, images and video are served from this website itself, not from third-party services.
When you use the planner, your answers are turned into a message that opens in WhatsApp on your device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message.
What you share with us
When you contact us, you may share your name, contact details, travel plans, and health information such as dental history, photos or X-rays. We treat health information as especially sensitive and ask for it only because it is needed to plan your care.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare your treatment plan and quote.
- To arrange your treatment, your stay at Hotel Lybeten and your transfers.
- To provide aftercare and follow-up after you return home.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to care for you: the treating clinic and clinicians, and the hotel and transfer providers, who receive only your name and travel dates. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Messages you send on WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to provide your care and aftercare, and as long as the law requires for medical records. Details from enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond as soon as we can. You may also contact the data protection authority in Kosovo or in your own country.
